<description>Nice to meet you at the meet-up too, Terry!

I'm very curious about your work with media and wonder whether you've done any media literacy work for/with teens. I was the executive producer (product manager, creator, etc.) of FUEL, a four-video series for, by and about teens, about changing their communities, the world and themselves and touching on media literacy and teen activism (I called it "righteous indignation, but the org's marketing dept thought that was "too strong"... sigh!). My given task was to address the childhood obesity epidemic, but I decided to take the media literacy route, hypothesizing that, unless you address media with teens, you're not really fully addressing any other issue in their lives! More here: http://fuel.chef.org/DesktopDefault.aspx

Would love to connect further.
