i have a hard time with surveys that attempt to "look out" farther than a year.  things are changing so rapidly and streaming costs coming down so quickly that to say this-or-that will happen, but not until then leaves me wondering how no one saw youtube coming back in 2004...or even early 2005.

BTW - terry, how are your books coming?</description>
